Baby Charlotte - "Black Cloud" removed

ALERT is delighted and relieved that the "black cloud" over Baby Charlotte has been removed today by the High Court. Commenting on the judgment by Mr Justice Hedley today, ALERT said:

"Many other parents of frail babies will be able to feel more comfortable in future. We hope their brave fight will encourage many other parents to stand their ground against gloomy predictions.
