Mental Capacity Bill (Committee Stage)
It is important that
we are clear, as it is the law that will interpret it on the
ground, that those people who want to live will be able to live,
and that there will not be a complex muddle on the ground. I
believe that is what the people outside are now looking to the
House of Lords to sort out. I hope that we will be able to do
that because it is not completely clear."
